HER JOURNEY HAS JUST BEGUN

Welcome to the Blog for HER JOURNEY HAS JUST BEGUN. My name is Oscar Crawford. I live in Arizona. Co - Producing Partner, Gwen Morris lives in Oklahoma. This will be the home of all things Her Journey; from preproduction, to production, to postproduction, to release, and to post release spring of 2025. 

Her Journey began as a conversation just a few short months ago. The conclusion of the conversation was that we would produce Her Journey as a beginning point of a decade long venture to produce a minimum of ten films during the period that would reflect the nature of relationships of women, men, children, families, and communities across the world.

Our launch point is to focus on the narrative of women from prehistory to the present and beyond. The documentary will include dramatic sequences of a young woman running through four time periods where viewers will observe gimpses of what was going on with women during the four time periods.

Clips of interviews from women across the world will tell their stories and some of the stories handed down to them by their ancestors and elders. We will seek out the expertise of historians and archaeologists to present parts of the narrative of women that too few know. 

The state of relationships between men and women from the begining was radically different than today. We will be revealing glimpses of those relationships through trailers and photos to come.

Her Journey has been organized to be a shared profitable venture for all that would like to be involved. We have designed a triple win scenario. More on that follows in a moment.

GoFundMe will be the crowdfunding source to raise the dollars necessary to complete this independent documentary film project. Budget is set at $125,000 for all levels of production and release.

As we continue to organize our team, there are places on the team where the right person may earn up to 2.5% of project profit. We seek to have fund raisers in each state and in some other nations to help generate the dollars we seek to produce Her Journey.

Affiliate marketers assigned codes will receive commissions on the money they raise. Contributors supporting the GoFundMe campaign with a contribution of $15 or more will receive the movie download on the day of its release during the spring of 2025 without further cost. It is a triple win for the project, the fundraisers, and for contributors.

One additional fundraising approach will be the one dollar challenge to suport the project. We believe there are more than 125,000 women in America alone that will meet the challenge and offer $1 each to help produce Her Journey Has Just Begun.
