HerJourney's Just Begun - The Profit Sharing Program

 

This communication has multiple purposes. 

1. To share an idea I am committed to bringing to life in the form of a 90 minute documentary. It is the story of women from prehistory to the present and beyond. The working title is HER JOURNEY’S JUST BEGUN.

2. How to fund the documentary through Crowdfunding.

3. Profit Sharing

I have discovered that while I want to make the best documentary possible, there are further opportunities that could run for a decade making successive films springing from the foundation of HER JOURNEY’S JUST BEGUN.

How to fund HER JOURNEY’S JUST BEGUN? 

A crowdfunding campaign and other fundraising promotions are planned.

Many are familiar with GoFundMe campaigns. GoFundMe's central mission is to provide a platform that empowers individuals and communities to raise funds for causes they are passionate about, fostering a spirit of generosity and support. For further information, visit https://www.gofundme.com

The plan is to introduce the GoFundMe Campaign first. The
goal is to raise an initial $12,000 to cover cost of initial legal fees for the services of Legal Shield, project incorporation as an LLC, registering logo and trademark, and some limited travel for site selection.

For example, I have high hopes of securing (3) $25,000 contributions from organizations serving women’s interests. The incentive we will provide will be that of an Executive Producer Credit.

This will not be for the sake of advertising or commercial per se, however, participants will be provided 60 – 90 second voiceovers to draw attention to their services. The credit will appear at the opening and closing of the film plus indicate the organization and the service mission, plus how to contact their website and number.

Once organization components are set, there are planned weekly project update emails, conversations, or interviews with members of the project team, invitations to be on location, opportunity to be part of a focus group first to review the film before its official release or receive invitation to attend the premiere. 

This project will be shot in 4K primarily from 4K Cameras on the IPhone 15 Pro Max and or IPhone 16 Pro Max now. If some locations are not able to produce their videos in specific context, we will convert them to 4K in post-production editing.

Why I am reaching out to you specifically is because we met recently. I heard and felt your passion for what you are already accomplishing. Clearly, you are courageous, assertive, and dedicated to your own goals. That makes you UNSTOPPABLE. 

I seek the energy and dedication of likeminded and like spirited others to share the project..

The goal is to produce the most meaningful and profitable film possible. Women are seeking us to tell their stories of triumph and tragedy and we intend to reward their service. While we cannot include every video we receive in the 90 minute documentary, many can be included in the DVD or DVDs of extra content.

Here is the dream goal. It is to sell 100,000 streams of the documentary at a price point of $15 to $25 or more in the United States. Please do the math. While this will focus on English speaking nations, opportunities lie in licensing the work to be produced with other language voices overs.

This does not include revenue generated from spin off products like amulets, bracelets, crystals, and stones like obsidian (the Apache Tear), and others. 

Profit Sharing Opportunities

What is in this for you beyond helping to create a work that will be shared for generations?

You can financially benefit by helping secure contributors for the crowdfunding campaigns. For every contribution a collaborator receives with their assigned code, the collaborator will receive a 20% commission. Collaborators may seek contributions as an individual or as a team. For every donation of $25 of more, the contributor will receive Her Journey’s Just Begun without further costs on the day of its release. To qualify for profit share for an individual, an individual must raise a minimum of $1,250 in contributions for the project. (conditions apply) To qualify for profit share, a group of five or more must raise a minimum of $5,000. (conditions apply) 

Meet the threshold for either (individuals or groups) and qualify for profit share in documentary profit. The profit share amount to be shared is set at 2% of net profit for individuals and 2% of net profit for groups. You may not act as an individual and as part of a group. 

The team must be set not later than January 20^th to work hard for 90 days to raise to raise the $125,000 to complete the project and deliver on time. 

The goal release date is within a window of May 25 - July 25, 2025. When the date is fixed, there will be an announcement.    

Special Note: Each collaborator might suggest to all contributors that they can also seek contributions and receive commissions. They just need to be assigned a code by a Tier One Facilitator. 

You can do this with your social media communities, email lists, and people that you personally know. Be mindful not to break any laws. Where you have ideas that you want to execute, get the activity reviewed by a Tier One Facilitator. Her Journey’s Just Begun will not be liable for any activity any individual or group collaborator engages that is not legal. 

This is a synergy of win-win-win. The project wins through being funded. Collaborators win through earning money for influencing contributions, collecting commissions and opportunity to earn profit share. It is a win for contributors to receive the documentary on the day of its release plus be connected to the project from beginning to end through social media posts, blog posts, and podcasts.

3. Each person generating contributions will receive 20% commission on contributions and sales. Each person’s code will be created by assigned their first and last initials plus 3 assigned numbers. All contributions bearing code will generate commissions. All contributions, sales of streams, or products sold bearing code will generate 20% commissions to the code bearer. 

Footage for trailers will be available on the crowdfunding campaign pages and available for use in social media posts. Hashtags and keywords will be assigned. 

Some locations in the U.S. for footage will come from Oklahoma and Arizona.
